The particle model met in Year 7 returns as atomic structure in Year 8 and again as chemical reactions in Year 10; forces in Year 7 become energy in Year 9 and waves and motion in Year 10. A topic that never quite landed does not stay in the past, it makes the next visit to the same idea harder than it needed to be. The most valuable thing tutoring does at this age is find those specific gaps and rebuild them.
Sessions follow the current NSW Science 7-10 syllabus and your child's own class: their homework, their depth study, the practical report due next week, the topic in front of them.
