A sparingly soluble salt at 25 °C. Ksp is fixed by the salt and the temperature. Qsp is whatever you have made the solution, and comparing the two decides whether solid appears.
Equal volumes are mixed, so every concentration halves before you compare Qsp with Ksp. That halving is the step most often skipped.
