Identify stationary points and classify them as maxima, minima or points of inflection

f(x)=x⁴-4x²
f(x)=-x²+4x
Stationary points occur where f'(x)=0. Use the second derivative test: f''<0 → max, f''>0 → min, f''=0 → test fails.
